Each company requires a minimum of 2 addresses. One for Shipping and one for Billing
Purchase Orders generated in Prendio will include your billing address. The billing address marked as Default will be used for this purpose.
Each user in the system has an associated shipping address that will be included for the carts created by that user.The shipping address marked as Default will be used for all new users. This shipping address can also be selected in the user settings. Additionally, the user has the option to select a different shipping address from this list at the time of cart creation.
note - Because punchout suppliers manage addresses by code, it is critical that your buyers be aware of any new addresses or updates to existing addresses. For this reason, if you are using a Pro Flow Service Provider, the addresses section will be disabled for the Admin role. Look to your buyers to assist with addresses management.
