User Account Activation
Users are added to a Company account by the Company Administrator. An activation link will be sent to the new user by email.


note - in some cases, the activation email can take up to 10 minutes to be received by the user. Check Spam filters if the activation is not received.

The activation link found in the email will launch Prendio and request that the user create a password. If SSO (Single Sign-On) is enabled for the company account, a new password will not be required.

The user will be taken to the Prendio Dashboard.


Password
Prendio Authentication offers options for a Prendio-managed password as well as support for SAML SSO (Single Sign-On). Each user can be specified independently.


The Company Administrator can send a link for password reset, unlock an account that has failed attempts and change the authentication method for any user.

The user can change their password from their profile. Profile can be reached by clicking on the user image in the upper right corner of their Dashboard.


Forgot Password
In the case that the user forgets their password, they are presented with an opportunity to re-enter. Up to 5 attempts are available before an account is locked. If the user cannot remember their password, a link is provided to reset their password. With this link, an email will be sent to the user to reset their password.
