Connected suppliers (those with whom your company has an account) might offer punchout shopping at their web site. Punchouts offer the advantage of customer-specific accurate pricing and item availability.
The Dashboard Punchout panel includes links to suppliers for which your company has established a punchout service.
When punchout is available for a catalog item, the “Add to cart” button is replaced with a “Punchout” button. Clicking on this button will take you to the supplier’s site for shopping. “Checkout” on the supplier site to return to Prendio and your newly-filled cart.
Troubleshooting
Punchout is a careful orchestration of systems. Minor changes made by the supplier can disable this feature. If your punchout is not working, contact your buyer or Buyer Service. They might be aware of an outage in the service.
